I’m Khürt Williams, I work as an information security architect and live in Montgomery Township, New Jersey. I’ve been working in information security for over 17 years.
There is an obscure word, nemophilist, that refers to someone with love for forests, woods, or woodland scenery and who often visits them. That’s me. I love being in the outdoors, listening to the sounds of nature – the wind in the trees, birds calling to each other, water flowing over the rocks in a stream. For me, it’s a form of therapy, a break from the worries of the world.
I post a lot about my life and interests (with a lot of photos) and occasionally write product reviews and recommendations for things I have used personally. I make all my photographs with an iPhone 11 Pro, Fuji X-T2 or one of my film cameras - Minolta X-700, Pentax P3, Asahi Optical Co. Pentax Spotmatic II.
This micro blog is a side project, a place to share posts that are too short or off-topic for my main website, Island in the Net.
